Juan Diego Del Río leads the Corporate practice group. He has vast experience in tax, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations and civil & commercial litigation matters. He acts as arbitrator in important civil and commercial disputes.

Juan Diego Del Río has been a member of the Board of the Chilean Bar Association.
He is a member of the Arbitration Body of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and of the Chilean Bar Association.
