Juan Eduardo Infante has vast experience in insurance and social security matters, negotiation of agreements litigations. He is an arbitrator in insurance litigation and claims.
Previously partner at “García Huidobro, Infante, Monje, De la Cerda & Ortúzar” (1985-1998). Insurance prosecutor at Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) (1985-1990). Prosecuting attorney at Superintendencia de AFP (Private pension funds) (1983-1985).
Juan Eduardo Infante is a Social Security Law Professor and Post-graduate professor of Health Law at the Law School of Universidad de los Andes.
Member of the Insurance and Reinsurance Arbitration Centre (AIDA- CHILE), and Arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
